As the founding designer at Alle, I played a pivotal role in taking the early-stage startup from 0-1.
From ideation phase to product launch, with a strong focus on product experience over pure visuals.
As a part of the user research team, I conducted user feedback calls and ran experiments to deeply understand the problem space.
Due to technical restrictions and the startup's need to prioritize finding product-market fit, much of my design work was centered around solving key user pain points through iterative testing and experimentation, aiming to create a practical solution in ai & fashion.
Inital stage: solving the problem of fragmented online shopping experiences by creating a universal wishlist app.
After pivoting: AI-powered fashion assistant that curates personalized outfits and recommend the best buy options.
